  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the County Courts (Interest on Judgment Debts) Order 1991 to enable the court to order interest on a judgment debt to run from a different date than the date when the judgment is given or the amount of the judgment is determined. The date could be from a date that is before the date of the judgment.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.",
