Whereas a draft of the following Order was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:

Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 192 of the County Courts Act 1959^f1 and all other powers enabling Her Majesty, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
