  "text": "This instrument is made for the purpose of correcting errors in Schedule 1 to S.I. 2000/2485 and is being issued, free of charge, to all known recipients of that statutory instrument.\nLOCAL GOVERNMENT, ENGLAND\nMade 7th March 2001\nComing into force in accordance with article 1(2)\nThe Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 17 and 26 of the Local Government Act 1992, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:",
