  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules revoke rule 20 of the Court Funds Rules 1987 which required payments under county court judgments and orders to be paid into court. Following the restriction of the banking function of county courts by the County Court (Amendment No. 3) Rules 1989 (S.I. 1989/1838), most payments under judgments and orders pass directly between the parties.",
