# The Court Funds (Amendment) Rules 1997, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Court Funds (Amendment) Rules 1997 and shall come into force on 21st February 1997.
(2) In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires, a rule referred to by number alone means the rule so numbered in the Court Funds Rules 1987.
