# The Court Funds (Amendment) Rules 1999, Article 15: Amendments to the Courts Funds Rules 1987


After paragraph (3) of rule 28, insert:–
“(4) This rule does not apply to money–
(a) paid into court; or
(b) appropriated
to which Rule 31 applies.”.
