Article 4 Amendments to the Courts Funds Rules 1987

In rule 9:–

(a)

for “taxed” wherever it appears, substitute “assessed”;

(b)

for “Taxing Officer” wherever it appears, substitute“Costs Officer”; and

(c)

for “taxation” substitute “detailed assessment”.
