# The Court Funds (Amendment) Rules 2001, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Rules)
These Rules amend the definition of the Court Funds Office as a consequence of the transfer, with effect from 1st April 2001, of the Court Funds Office from the Public Trust Office to the Court Service.
