Article 10 Amendments to the Court Funds Rules 1987

In rule 19, after paragraph (3) insert—

“(4)

Money paid to a court office under rules 16(7) or 19(2) and which is remitted to the Accountant General in accordance with rules 16(7) or 19(3) must be accompanied by a notice stating the reason for the payment and its date.”
