Rule 11 Amendment of rule 16

In rule 16 (foreign currency), in paragraph (1)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a), after “court” insert “, or if the case is one where the Accountant General has directed that electronic means may be used, an electronic authenticated copy of such schedule from that court,”; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b), omit “written”.
