# The Court Funds (Amendment) Rules 2023, Rule 23: Amendment of rule 39


In rule 39 (unclaimed county court money), in paragraph (2), after “written” insert “(or, if the case is one where the Accountant General has directed that electronic means may be used, electronic)”.
