# The Court Funds (Amendment) Rules 2023, Rule 24: Amendment of rule 41


In rule 41 (payment out of an unclaimed funds account), in paragraph (1), after “court” insert “, or if the case is one where the Accountant General has directed that electronic means may be used, an electronic authenticated copy of such schedule from that court”.
