# The Court Funds (Amendment) Rules 2023, Rule 4: Amendment of rule 6


In rule 6 (documents accompanying deposit of funds in court)—
(a) for paragraph (2) substitute—
“(2) The general rule—
(a) applies subject to rule 6A; and
(b) does not apply if a fund is deposited in court under one of the following paragraphs in this rule.”;
(b) in paragraph (10), omit “written”; and
(c) in paragraph (11), omit “written”.
