# The Court Funds (Amendment) Rules 2023, Rule 9: Amendment of rule 12


In rule 12 (transfer between accounts), in paragraph (2) after “such transfer” insert “, or if the case is one where the Accountant General has directed that electronic means may be used, an electronic authenticated copy of the payment schedule from that court”.
