  "text": "In rule 27, for the words from “either” to the end substitute—\n“( a) either—\n(i) a written request from the claimant; or\n(ii) written confirmation from the defendant that all or part of the fund in court may be used to satisfy the offer in whole or in part; or\n(b) where rule 22A1 applies, either—\n(i) an electronic request from the claimant; or\n(ii) an electronic copy of the confirmation from the defendant that all or part of the fund in court may be used to satisfy the offer in whole or in part.”.",
