In rule 2(1)—

(a)

for “the Common Investments Funds Scheme” substitute “the Common Investment Scheme 2004”^f1; and

(b)

for “section 1 of the Administration of Justice Act 1965” substitute “section 42 of the Administration of Justice Act 1982”^f2.
