Article 1 Citation, commencement and revocation

These Rules may be cited as the Court Funds Rules 1987 and shall come into force on 1st June 1987.

(2)

The Rules specified in the schedule to these Rules are hereby revoked, except that those Rules shall continue to apply to such extent as may be necessary for giving effect to any order or request made before 1st June 1987.
