# The Court Funds Rules 1987, Article 23: Payment of suitors' money into a county court


Money transmitted from one court to another pursuant to County Court Rules shall be transmitted to the proper officer of the receiving court by crossed payable order drawn in favour of Her Majesty’s Paymaster General.
