  "text": "(1) Foreign currency may only be lodged in court when:—\n(i) it is lodged under RSC Order 22, rule 1 in satisfaction of a claim for a debt or liquidated demand, and is in the currency in which the claim is made; or\n(ii) the court so directs or permits.\n(2) Foreign currency lodged in accordance with paragraph (1) shall be paid into court in the manner approved by the Accountant General.",
