# The Court Funds Rules 1987, Article 46: Payment out of interest on securities


Where securities are lodged in court under rule 15 or money lodged under that rule is invested, any interest which accrues shall (subject to any contrary provision contained in the relevant enactment) be paid by the Accountant General to the person in whose name the lodgment was made.
