  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Court Funds Rules 2011 and shall come into force on 3rd October 2011.\n(2) The Rules specified in the schedule to these Rules are revoked, except that they continue to apply to such extent as may be necessary for giving effect to any order, direction or request made before 3rd October 2011.",
