# The Court Funds Rules 2011, Rule 19: Payment of charges when dealing with securities

Extent: E+W

Unless a court directs otherwise, the Accountant General shall pay any charge incurred when dealing with securities from the fund in court of the person on whose behalf the Accountant General is dealing.
