# The Court Funds Rules 2011, Rule 43: Statement of account

Extent: E+W

(1) Paragraph (2) applies where a child or a person who lacks capacity is entitled to a fund in court.
(2) The Accountant General shall send a statement of account to the child or person who lacks capacity:
(a) on an annual basis; and
(b) at such other times as the Accountant General considers appropriate.
