  "text": "In rule 83—\n(a) in paragraph (2) the words “in respect of the clear annual income at the disposal of the patient” shall be omitted;\n(b) in paragraph (3)—\n(i) for sub-paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—\n“(a) at such time as the Public Trustee shall consider to be convenient”; and\n(ii) for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—\n“(b) as set out in paragraph 6 of the Appendix;”; and\n(c) paragraph (4) shall be omitted.",
