Article 2 Amendments to Court of Protection Rules 2001

In rule 2(1)—

(a)

after the definition of “medical certificate” the following definition shall be inserted—

  • ““nominated officer” means an officer nominated by the Lord Chancellor under section 93(4) of the Act to act for the purposes of Part VII of the Act;”; and

(b)

in the definition of “stock”, for “in any fund” there shall be substituted “and also any fund”.
