  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Court of Protection (Amendment) Rules 2002 and shall come into force on 17th April 2002.\n(2) In these Rules unless the context requires otherwise references to a rule by number alone means the rule so numbered in, and references to the Appendix means the Appendix to, the Court of Protection Rules 2001.",
