  "text": "(1) In rule 79(6)—\n(a) after “paragraph (b)” there shall be inserted “or (c)”;\n(b) for “offering” there shall be substituted “ordering”; and\n(c) after “authorising the sale” there shall be inserted “or purchase”.\n(2) In rule 79(8) after “paragraphs (d) or (h)” there shall be inserted “of section 96(1)”.",
