  "text": "It shall not be necessary to obtain a formal extract of any commission or diligence granted or to be granted by a Lord Ordinary or the court in any process or proceeding before the Court of Session, but a copy of the interlocutor granting such commission and diligence, or one or other of them, certified by the clerk to such process or proceeding, or by his assistant, shall have the same force, operation, and effect as such formal extract according to the present practice.",
