  "heading": "Witnesses abroad may be examined in consistorial causes by commission.",
  "text": "Where in consistorial causes either party desires to examine witnesses furth of the kingdom, the depositions of such witnesses may be taken under a commission to be issued by the Lord Ordinary or the court to any commissioner whom they may appoint, in the same manner as in any proof upon commission in an ordinary action.",
