# Courts Act 1971, Paragraph 15


(1) In section 5 of the Coroners Act 1887—
(a) in subsection (2) for the words “at the next” to “is to be” substitute “before the Crown Court”.
(b) in subsection (3) for the words following “proper officer” substitute “of the Crown Court”.
