  "text": "The Vagrancy Act 1824 shall be amended as follows:—\n(a) in section 5, as amended by the Criminal Justice Act 1967, for “quarter sessions” substitute “the Crown Court”,\n(b) in section 10 for the words from “quarter sessions” to “assembled” substitute “the Crown Court, it shall be lawful for the Crown Court”, and\n(c) in section 14 for the words following “appeal to” to the end of the section substitute “the Crown Court”.",
