# The Courts Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Courts Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003.
(2) In this Order a reference to a Part, section or Schedule by number alone means, unless the context otherwise requires, the Part, section or Schedule so numbered in the Courts Act 2003.
