# The Courts Act 2003 (Commencement No.7) Order 2004, Article 2


Section 97 (collection of fines and discharge of fines by unpaid work) of, and Schedule 6 (discharge of fines by unpaid work) to, the Courts Act 2003 shall come into force on 21st September 2004, in so far as they are not already in force.
