# The Courts Act 2003 (Consequential Amendment) Order 2006, Article 2: Amendment to the Child Support Act 1991


In section 33 of the Child Support Act 1991 (liability orders), in subsection (5), for “section 73 of the County Courts Act 1984 (register of judgments and orders)” substitute “section 98 of the Courts Act 2003 (register of judgments and orders etc)”.
