Paragraph 12 Supreme Court Act 1981

In each of the following provisions, for “Crown Court Rules” substitute “Rules of court”—

(a)

section 52(1) (costs in the Crown Court),

(b)

section 73(2) (general provisions), and

(c)

section 74(2), (3) and (7)f1 (appeals and committals for sentence).
