Paragraph 23 Criminal Justice Act 1987

Amend section 9 (the preparatory hearing) as follows.

In subsection (6)f1—

(a)

for “Crown Court Rules” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rules”, and

(b)

in paragraph (b), for “rules under” substitute “such rules made by virtue of”.

(3)

In subsection (9), for “Crown Court Rules” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rules”.
