Paragraph 37 Crime and Disorder Act 1998

Amend Schedule 3 (procedure where persons are sent for trial under section 51) as follows.

(2)

In paragraph 2(7), for “Crown Court Rules” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rules”.

(3)

In paragraph 4(12), in the definition of “prescribed”, for “rules made under section 144 of the 1980 Act” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rules”.
