# The Courts Act 2003 (Consequential Provisions) ( No. 2) Order 2005, Paragraph 129


In rule 1(2)—
(a) in the definition of “file”, for “justices chief executive” substitute “designated officer for a magistrates' court”; and
(b) omit the definition of “justices' chief executive”.
