# The Courts Act 2003 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2005, Paragraph 100: Criminal Justice Act 2003

In section 56(1) (interpretation of Part 8), omit the definition of “petty-sessional court-house” and for the definition of “petty sessions area” substitute `“local justice area” has the same meaning as in the Courts Act 2003 (c. 39)'.
