# Courts Act 2003, Paragraph 117


For section 19(4)(a) (application of Sheriffs Act 1887 to Greater London) substitute—
“(a) in sections 7(1), 17, 23(3) and 26(1) any reference to a county shall be construed as a reference to Greater London;”.
