  "text": "(1) Amend the Schedule (supplementary provisions as to proceedings under section 2) as follows.\n(2) For paragraphs 2 and 2A substitute—\n“2 The court shall sit in open court and shall consist of—\n(a) at least two justices, or\n(b) a District Judge (Magistrates' Courts).”\n(3) In paragraph 3, for “paragraphs 2 and 2A” substitute “ paragraph 2 ”.",
