# Courts Act 2003, Paragraph 198


(1) Amend Schedule 1 (appeals to House of Lords in certain criminal matters) as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(2), omit “Except in a case involving sentence of death,”.
(3) Omit paragraph 2.
