  "text": "(1) Amend section 121 (constitution and place of sitting of court) as follows.\n(2) Omit subsection (3).\n(3) For subsection (4), substitute—\n“(4) Subject to the provisions of any enactment to the contrary, a magistrates' court must sit in open court if it is—\n(a) trying summarily an information for an indictable offence,\n(b) trying an information for a summary offence,\n(c) imposing imprisonment,\n(d) hearing a complaint, or\n(e) holding an inquiry into the means of an offender for the purposes of section 82.”\n(4) In subsection (5), omit “, or sitting in an occasional court-house”.",
