# Courts Act 2003, Paragraph 250


(1) Amend section 150(1) (interpretation) as follows.
(2) Omit the definitions of “petty-sessional court-house”, “the register” and “the rules”.
(3) In the definition of “prescribed”, for “the rules” substitute “ rules of court ”.
