# Courts Act 2003, Paragraph 288


(1) Amend section 20 (regulations) as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (5).
(3) In subsection (6), for “and supplemental” substitute “ , supplemental and transitional ”.
(4) In subsection (7), after “19(1)” insert “ , 19A or 19B ”.
(5) In subsection (8)(a)(ii), for “a party to the proceedings” substitute “ any person ”.
