  "text": "(1) Amend section 347 (distress) as follows.\n(2) In subsection (6), for “sheriff” substitute “ enforcement officer, ”.\n(3) In subsection (7)—\n(a) for “a sheriff” substitute “ an enforcement officer ”, and\n(b) for “the sheriff” substitute “ the enforcement officer ”.\n(4) After subsection (10), insert—\n“(11) In this section “enforcement officer” means an individual who is authorised to act as an enforcement officer under the Courts Act 2003.”",
