# Courts Act 2003, Paragraph 308


In section 119(1) (appeal to sheriff)—
(a) omit “acting for the petty sessions area in which the holder of or applicant for the licence resides”, and
(b) for “he” substitute “ the holder of or applicant for the licence ”.
