# Courts Act 2003, Paragraph 328


In section 14(2) (simplified procedure)—
(a) for “rules under section 144 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980” substitute “ Criminal Procedure Rules ”, and
(b) for the words from “without” to “include power to” substitute “ those rules may ”.
