# Courts Act 2003, Paragraph 333


(1) Amend section 18 (information) as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), for “justices' chief executive for” substitute “ designated officer for ”.
(3) In subsection (2), for “clerk of” substitute “ designated officer for ”.
(4) Omit subsection (4).
