Amend paragraph 4 of Schedule 6 (procedure on application for provision of financial information) as follows.

(2)

In sub-paragraph (1), for “Crown Court Rules” substitute “ Criminal Procedure Rules ”.

(3)

After sub-paragraph (2) insert—

“(3)

Crown Court Rules may make provision about the procedure for an application under paragraph 1.”
